It is imperative that products are changed regularly in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers recommendations. Warranty applies to products manufactured and/or distributed by us when they are properly installed on the correct application, used in the conditions and service they were designed for and where instructions have been followed.
We request to be notified as soon as possible within 10 days of discovering any potential problem. As part of our continuous improvement process, documentation is required for application usage, product service life, description of any problem or defect and other information on the Returned Goods Information Form. Please note that returned goods may be subject to a factory/warehouse re-stocking fee.
Return Policy
If you decide that you need to return the product within 90 days, we readily accept returns of all new and unused merchandise for full refund. Note that some special orders or custom production jobs may necessitate a 20% restocking fee to cover labor costs.
